We Opened Our 11th Service! Introducing King Street, Brynmawr.

Over the last few months, we have been very busy (as always)! In line with our strategic goals, Expanding Horizons are very proud to have a opened its 11th service. This service is called King Street and is in a perfect location for our team, as it is directly opposite our Essendene Bungalow service in Brynmawr which opened in 2019. King street is our 2nd service in Blaenau Gwent. 

Managing Director of Expanding Horizons, Tim Jenkins said: “We are always looking for opportunities to enhance our range of services and work closely with our Health and Local Authority partners to develop solutions to meet local needs .” 

This new service is a detached property and is capable of providing a comfortable and modern home for up to four service users, and contains 2 bathrooms. At the moment, we currently have two service users enjoying supporting living at King Street.  

At Expanding Horizons, we heavily focus on compatibly when offering placements. It has to be the right fit for all of the parties involved. We don’t simply place people where there is space. We understand the complex needs of individuals and the dynamics of home life and take steps to make day to day life as harmonious as possible.
