Chief Executive Officer
Ellis leads Expanding Horizons with a clear vision: to create services that feel personal, not corporate. Having grown up around the family business, Ellis combines a deep understanding of care with a modern, forward-thinking approach to management. He’s passionate about empowering teams, strengthening partnerships with local authorities, and ensuring every individual supported by Expanding Horizons has the opportunity to live life to the full.
Emma Jenkins
Finance Director
Emma oversees the financial strategy and performance of Expanding Horizons, bringing a clear, analytical approach to growth and sustainability. With a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of the social care sector, she ensures the organisation remains robust, transparent, and ready for the future. Emma plays a key role in shaping strategic decisions across the Group — from acquisitions and investment planning payroll and budget planning. Her focus is on building a financially resilient organisation that can continue to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for years to come.

Ali leads the operational delivery of Expanding Horizons’ services, ensuring quality, compliance, and excellence across every setting. With over 25 years of experience in social care, Ali combines a commitment to people with a strong understanding of what outstanding support looks like in practice. She’s passionate about empowering team members and creating services where individuals can thrive. Under Ali’s leadership, Expanding Horizons continues to set new standards in care and be sector leading in service delivery.
