Expanding Horizons is proud to celebrate an incredible season of recognition across Wales, with multiple wins at the Great British Care Awards (GBCA) – Wales Regional Final and a prestigious accolade at the Welsh Care Awards.

At the GBCA Wales Regional Final in Cardiff, our team achieved four major wins and recognition across nine categories — a true reflection of the dedication, passion, and excellence that define our services.

These nominations and awards recognise the incredible commitment of every individual across Expanding Horizons — from frontline teams to leadership — working together to deliver care that is Caring, Responsive, Effective, Well-led, and Safe (CREWS).

Adding to the celebrations, Aimee Green, our Workforce Development Lead, was also recognised at the Welsh Care Awards, receiving national recognition for her outstanding contribution to Learning and Development in Social Care. Aimee’s passion for empowering others through training and professional growth reflects our belief that great care starts with great people.
