Panorama Bungalow is a specialist residential service in Torfaen, providing compassionate, expert care for adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). The service supports individuals with complex and often interrelated needs, including Dementia, Autism, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, and non-verbal communication needs. Our dedicated residential team creates a safe, structured, and genuinely homely environment - one where people are valued, respected, and supported to participate in life in ways that are meaningful to them.
